Technical support and automatic updates for our products are provided for the duration specified in your account type, starting from the date of purchase. Once your subscription expires, you will need to purchase a new subscription to continue receiving technical support and updates.
4. Payments and Refund Policy
Payments are handled by https://Paddle.com, our payment partner and Merchant of Record. We offer a 14-day refund period from the date of purchase. If you wish to request a refund within this period, you may do so without providing a reason. Refunds are processed by Paddle in accordance with Paddle’s refund policy.
